Leander TOD Charrette:
The "Leander TOD" Plan is a 2000+ Ac. New Urban community, taking advantage of the growth corridor north of Austin, Texas and a wealth of transportaiton infrastructure including the forthcoming Capital Metro commuter rail line and 183A toll road. Based on the transect, the plan will be brought to life by a Unified Land Development Code based on the SmartCode. The clients for this project include the seven major landowners, the City of Leander and the Capital Metro Transportation Authority.
